tour England and Europe

Since July, documents have been prepared for the child to go on a tour of England and Europe in October, which involved a two-week trip to Europe and England with a visit to Disneyland. The day before the trip, by chance (from another participant in the trip), we learned that the tour of Europe was canceled, only England and only a week remained, and the date of departure is generally unknown. When contacting the travel agency, they received threats like "we will disband the group altogether and will not go anywhere." They demanded to receive a new program and contracts, on the second day they received the program, but no one provided us with contracts. On the website of the travel agency, it is written in large letters that the most important thing is to take a smile on a trip. But the children received such stress that there is no need to talk about any smiles. Moreover, four children (9 years old each) went for the sake of Disneyland, which they never got into.
