We also had a postponement of the departure date for one of the trips for reasons beyond the control of the travel agency - the French Embassy did not accept or issue visas, this happens. →

The trip was a success!!! Our group also found itself in this situation when they replaced bus ride to England for air travel. But we treated with understanding, and believed that everything would be fine. The Santa Valentine team did their best to develop alternative options for our trip. By the way, travel agencies depend on consulates, which can let them down in terms of issuing documents. →
