This is my fifth trip. I wanted to meet the New Year 2013 in a special way, since I like to swim, I decided to combine the two in one, so the choice fell on Hungary. Known for its thermal springs. Before that, I went on tours with "Accord Tour" Lviv, so there is something to compare with. Persuaded her husband and friends (married couple). They asked from the very beginning to be together both on the bus and at the hotel. At first, the trips had problems with train tickets, and there and back. We paid for a coupe, and went back by reserved seat. Six people were left without tickets at all and we waited for them for 3 hours at another station, having arrived for them in another city, which was not provided and agreed, instead of the Egerszalok baths, which we had no time for (they were shown to us at a distance of 10m, the sight is amazing , the hotel is on fire, the baths are illuminated in blue, the white mountain is shining, the people are splashing - and we are in flight), we were offered the Széchenyi baths, which we were going to go to in our free time anyway. We were brought to the Danube to celebrate the New Year, where the guide dropped us off the bus, and then ran for exactly an hour in the messages of our boat, although its location was clearly drawn on the map of the invitation card indicating the place with an arrow, but she did not listen to us. They thought that the New Year would be covered. Thank God it worked out! The ship is very good and the mood has risen thanks to the efforts of its team. From the very beginning, the group was settled in two hotels (one for the main, the other for four travel agency acquaintances), although the sheet said one thing, so they spent a lot of time moving between hotels, and their hotel was with a pool, everyone was outraged - they would have brought first the main group, and then four would have been taken and no one would have known and would not have been indignant, and everyone was waiting for four) But the most important thing is that the guide Yulia herself was not prepared for the trip as a guide. We did not hear any interesting information about the country, about Budapest, during the whole journey, instead of getting people interested in further tours, talking about interesting places, it was on its own, and we are on our own. Whether it's "Accord tour" - there was so much information during the trip that I wanted to see it as soon as possible, and most importantly, go again. I am very disappointed that instead of listening to people, they either dismiss them or try to find excuses for their lack of professionalism.
