I don't know what place the leaders of the Sakums company thought when choosing an air carrier, I can only guess. And they chose Bees Airline, which started operating in 2021 and owns as many as 4 aircraft! Fire, not company, can anything go wrong?
According to the plan, the departure was supposed to be at 5:45, as expected at 3:00 Zhuliany arrived at the airport, handed over the accompanying child with documents and went home.
Closer to the time of departure, I decided to check whether everything was going according to plan and what I see - the flight is delayed and the departure is scheduled for 11:00 - 5:00 Karl !!!
But that's not all, closer to 11 I check and, drumroll, the flight was moved to 13:00, and then to 13:30!
As a result, the departure took place at 14:06, the delay was 8:21, the total time from arrival to the airport to departure was 11 hours 06 minutes - it's just some kind of f**k!!!
And these are the children who were given a sandwich and a bottle of water for the entire time of waiting, the son later bought water in a cafe, but what, the prices are the most affordable there.
Thank God we flew without incident and landed in Burgas at 15:27, picked up our suitcases, boarded the bus and arrived at the hotel at 17:45.
The surprises continue! The children have been waiting for the settlement for more than an hour!
Hungry, exhausted by the expectation and the flight, the children marinated in the lobby for more than an hour!!!
Was it really impossible to organize this process in advance (the benefit of Bees Airline tried) and carry it out as quickly as possible.
And that is not all!
3 people were settled in the room, and the key to the room was 1.
Two children with their teacher (a separate hello to her) dumped without warning, closing the room, and another 2 hours were crossed out from the rest, there is no way for the son to get into the room with all the things and the phone.
The icing on the cake was that WI-FI in the hotel was completely absent from the word and for normal communication it was necessary to buy local SIM cards, 10-20 euros.
I offered the local counselors to somehow compensate the children for the ruined day, to which they told me that they would do everything possible so that our children's vacation went in the best possible way, yes, I was dreaming, but we will return to this.

The next day, after breakfast, the children were taken to the sea - the rest has finally begun!
The program did not differ in particular variety - the standard schedule, standard competitions and activities - not always interesting, often there was a pool instead of the sea.
For all the time (10 days) the children were taken out for one excursion to Nessebar. Another one was planned, but for unclear reasons was canceled.
Surprises? But how!
The temperature in the room is 34.5 degrees, the air conditioner does not work, they could not fix it.
Food in the canteen, a la buffet, but the dishes are not signed - such a quiz, well guess. Well, at least my child does not have allergies, but what about other children?
Getting into the dining room is another quest - there is a queue, there may not be enough plates, even broken ones!
We go further, the overflow grate near the pool was not fixed and the son, having stumbled, slightly scratched his leg. It was July 19, only on July 22 he was able to get to the first-aid post, then he did not work, then there was no one there, in the end they said that he had to come with a counselor, I was already beyond a nervous breakdown!
Cherry on the cake - the children flew back early in the morning, before breakfast, and they were supposed to be given dry rations, something went wrong and there were not enough of them for everyone. Fanfare, curtain.
Communication with company representatives.
