Despite the fact that there are positive reviews, but I can’t help but leave my negative review about the Sakums tour operator. I want to note that the level of services provided by this company is not as high as they say. Recently, I used the services of this tour operator, being confident in the promotion of this company, but alas .... they did not justify it. Briefly describe: 1) boorish attitude towards the client on the part of the manager. 2) Provision of not a comfortable bus 3) Food at a low level. 4) Thanks to the escort back to Kyiv (unfortunately, I don’t know their last names), the children came home sick, the temperature in the bus at night was 15 degrees. As a result, the children came home with a fever and a sore throat. The most offensive thing is that we, parents, convey the most intimate, these are our children, we pay a lot of money for the improvement of our children, and the SACUMS tour operator did not justify our hopes .....
