We had a great trip to Krakow, despite the reasons that were beyond our control.
Didn't depend on us
1. 90% of the tour group members who are late and always dissatisfied with everything.
2. 5 hours of idle time at the border in Krakovets. This is a prank, indeed.
3. The inability of the group leader to show firmness of character and put individual tourists in their place.
The main claim to Sakums is the composition of the group, 99% of which did not go for impressions of the city, country, sights, local population, etc., but then to go to the water park and go shopping at the Krakowska Gallery.
In a word, Sakums needs to be more careful in compiling tour groups;)
