The tour operator asked me to leave a review about the trip. Please, we are not greedy.

Less controversy - more facts. I'll tell you how we went to Uman, using the "services" of this tour operator.

Having ordered two tickets by phone, I went to pay for them.

When I arrived, I found out that my tickets were sold to some girl who, in a completely magical way, introduced herself with the name for which I ordered tickets.

Tickets were still found, but for another bus, though for less.

It's the little things, more fun.

The ticket indicates that the departure is on September 25 from 3 to 4 am, but the day before Rita (the curator of this tour) called us and said that we need to go to the collection point at 2-10 am. We were there at 2, so as not to be late by chance. But as it turned out in the end, the bus arrived only at 3-20, an hour later. During this hour we managed to cover ourselves with frost, as it was about 7 degrees, although we were warmly dressed.

Calling the driver (whose phone number was given to us by Rita), we found out that he was sleeping at home, and another person would be driving us. Somehow, around 2-40, having phoned the “new” driver, we heard surprise in his voice after the question: when will we be picked up at “our collection point”. It turned out that the driver did not know where our stop was, and probably would not have come - if not for our call.

By the way, a week ago we had a wedding, and the trip to Uman was, so to speak, "honey".

Upon arrival of the bus at the stop, we found out that all the seats were already taken (randomly), and the two remaining ones were at different ends of the bus. One for the driver and one for the cabin. As it turned out, his wife was sitting next to the driver - who flatly refused to give up her seat so that we sat next to each other. From the salon, too, no one agreed to change places.

As a result, the mood was thoroughly spoiled, not yet leaving the city.

We drove to Uman for 7 hours instead of the usual 6, along this route, as it turned out that the driver did not know the way, and in general for the first time on the route.

Having circled around the settlements several times, we finally got to Uman. We were looking for Sofiyivka for another hour, probably, winding around it 4 times.

Having reached the park, and getting off the bus, we learned that there would be no escort. We ourselves had to look for a guide and a way to get into the park.

It's okay, the main thing arrived. During the discussion of the time of departure to Poltava, the driver made a persistent offer to go at 3 (by the way, we arrived in Uman at 10 o'clock.) That is, 7 hours on the road and only 5 hours for the tour.

The group was naturally indignant at this and said that the departure would be at 5. After arguing with the driver and with the curator (by phone), we nevertheless decided that we were going to 5.

The park was just wonderful, and there was something to see, but this is not the merit of the travel agency.

Having gathered in the evening, at 5 o'clock, we went back home to Poltava.

The driver (apparently having prepared himself) said that we would take another, short road, and we would be home much faster. And that he knows the road perfectly (during the trip, he repeated this a couple of times).

I don’t remember how many times we got lost along the way, roofing felts 10 roofing felts 15 times. Constantly coming back, or winding around the city. From Cherkasy, through which the driver decided to go, we got out with a local resident, whom we picked up and who showed us the way. After that, we got lost a couple of times in some villages, and towards the end of the trip, we finally got out onto the Kyiv-Poltava highway. It was an apotheosis, as all passengers celebrated this event with a storm of applause. The last 2 hours on the highway have been surprisingly uneventful (it's really hard to get lost on a straight road).

So, on a short path, we got to Poltava in exactly 7 hours!!

Eventually:

1. Ruined weekend

2. Terrible krepotura, due to hard seats that did not fold out

3. Lack of service

4. No one thinks about the client and his comfort

5. Instead of an escort - the driver's wife, who is also motion sick

6. And the complete lack of desire to use the services of this office.

PS: Give your drivers a road map of Ukraine. Let them learn it by heart.

We will never use this travel agency again. And we advise everyone to avoid it.

Fortunately, the former clients of the "travel agency" sakums.
