Experience in bus travel has already accumulated a lot. But in October 2014 I went with Sakums for the first time. Before that, there were other operators.
The tour was called: "Weekend in Krakow".
I live in Kyiv, and the tour started in Lviv. This is the only inconvenience - to get to Lviv by train in order to be in time for the bus departure at 6-30. More precisely, it seems to me that it would be possible to provide for the departure of the bus from Kyiv, and the return not to Lviv, but to Kyiv.
And the rest - everything is SUPER!
The bus is comfortable.
The route is well thought out.
There is a stop before the border to buy the Polish currency (złoty, Poland is in the European Union, but not in the Eurozone...:) the rate is better than in Kyiv or Lvov.
Stops for lunch in Poland (in both directions) - not in a "kickback-fed" place (as other tour operators like to do), but at a regular gas station. Half a hundred dishes on the menu .... Inexpensive and tasty. You can pay with a plastic card. A 3-course lunch is about 80 hryvnias for ours. Well .... free toilet.
Separately, I would like to note the leader of the group - Lilia.
Usually (according to experience) group leaders sell additional excursions to tourists. And that who will buy more excursions (who will spend more money) - this is the best attitude. In this case, Lilia treated each of the tourists equally well. She answered all questions and was very helpful. In general - RESPECT Leela!
Now about multischengen. So YES! Everything is true! I got this very multi-schengen! Of course .... to get it - there are formal requirements of the consulate, namely: the presence of two tourist Schengen visas over the past 3 years, one of which was issued by Poland. When these two formal requirements are met, there are no problems with obtaining a cartoon. So it's all fair.
Total: memories - about the tour and the tour operator - only POSITIVE!
I recommend.
