"ROMANCES" FROM THE HIGH ROAD

I decided to go with the child to Turkey. Unfortunately, I ordered tours from the Kirovograd agency "Romantic-Tour". More than 3 months I made a 100% prepayment, but 2 days before the departure, my daughter suddenly fell seriously ill. The director and owner of the agency, Pyvkopa Victoria, was immediately alerted to the incident and provided with a certificate from the hospital. The room in the Turkish hotel was immediately canceled by the agency, and the plane tickets were sold, about which Pyvkopa V. informed me personally by phone, promising to partially compensate for my expenses. When it became obvious that this summer I would not be able to take the child to the sea through the agency due to documented contraindications of the doctors, Pyvkopa categorically stated to me that I was fined 100% in accordance with the contract. Apparently the "toad" crushed. I was shocked and warned that I would have to turn to the consumer protection society. In response, I heard that in this case I would be fined again for the cost of the tour, since under the contract I am obliged to use tourist services and even put them on the “black list”. Directly some kind of serfdom is obtained. Good people, help with advice who can!
