Caution-KIDALOVO-TOUR!!!

I would like to warn a gullible and longing for summer vacation tourist. We are talking about the Kirovograd travel agency "Romantic-Tour" (owner Pivkop V.O.) My good friends - an intelligent family, decided to take their child to Egypt, made a 100% prepayment. Due to superficially checked documents by the travel agency (which is his direct responsibility), they could not fly to Egypt. However, the contract was drawn up by Pivkopa V.O. in such a way that they are now trying to “cut down” 200% of the so-called “punitive sanctions”. I'm not talking about the moral losses of my friends and spoiled vacation for the child. DO NOT repeat these mistakes! This is absolutely NOT a professional company! More boorish, greedy and cynical attitude towards customers - still look! Tip: read the text of the contract very carefully, especially in that part of it that is printed in small print.
