I decided to go with the child to Turkey. Unfortunately, I ordered tours from the Kirovograd agency "Romantic-Tour". More than 3 months I made a 100% prepayment, but 2 days before the departure, my daughter suddenly fell seriously ill. The director and owner of the agency, Pyvkopa Victoria, was immediately alerted to the incident and provided with a certificate from the hospital. →

I would like to warn a gullible and longing for summer vacation tourist. We are talking about the Kirovograd travel agency "Romantic-Tour" (owner Pivkop V.O.) My good friends - an intelligent family, decided to take their child to Egypt, made a 100% prepayment. Due to superficially checked documents by the travel agency (which is his direct responsibility), they could not fly to Egypt. →
