I want to write about the negative work of the travel agency "Let's go with us", Dnipro, Glinka st., 1, head Sizarev S.L. When planning a vacation, I turned to the manager of the travel agency Alena with a request to check the information posted on the Internet about the Jewels Sahara Boutique Resort Hurghada hotel and select similar options. After a while, she reported that the chosen option was the best. I bought a ticket for 22 days, from August 9 to August 30, 2017. But, as it turned out after my arrival at this hotel, that Alena did not check the accuracy of the information provided on the Internet, the hotel is actually located not 500 m from the city center, but in 15 minutes drive.. To the hotel, after turning off the main road, there is a dimly lit, dirty narrow street littered with garbage, about 300 meters long, it’s scary to walk along it if someone decides to take a walk around the neighborhood in the evening. Around the hotel, right and left, for 3 kilometers, construction work is underway, there are no shops, kiosks, pharmacies, entertainment centers. The design of the reception is poor, miserable. The main restaurant cannot be called such, it is an ordinary dining room, which is never wet cleaned, there is dirt, dust everywhere, the front doors are dirty, it seems that no one has washed them since the opening of the hotel. Food is scarce and monotonous. Was given the opportunity to visit free of charge 2 restaurants - Italian and Oriental. There is the same picture: everywhere dirt, dust in 3 layers. The menu was not given. They just brought food that was in the main restaurant. Restaurant design is terrible, poor and miserable. The room has old furniture. I strained a huge air conditioner, which constantly flowed. I had to go to the reception every other day and apply for repairs. Shower gel had to be begged from the cleaner, because they simply did not leave it. Another problem was huge ants that ran around the room, climbed into things and bit. After the complaint, I was given a means to combat them and I had to carry out the disinfection myself. The only joy is the Red Sea, next to the hotel. And a small green park. The hotel does not confirm its 4 star status. No more than 2 stars!

I decided to change the hotel, called the manager Alena with a request for help, to which she offered to contact the hotel guide. But I had more questions that I wanted to discuss with Alena. I tried to call her, but she stubbornly did not pick up the phone, and during the 22 days during which I was in Egypt, she did not call me back and did not ask how I was doing. When I returned to Kyiv, it turned out that my luggage was missing. Still hoping that the travel agency, having the name "Let's go with us", is visually next to its tourist from the beginning to the end of the trip and will not leave him in difficult times, I called Alena again, outlining the situation, to which she promised to help the travel agency in baggage return. But, as in the first case, they forgot about me again and I had to solve my problem myself. To date, I have not been contacted by the "Come with us" office. As you can see, the work of a travel agency comes down only to receiving money for the tour, and that's it! Tourists are completely forgotten. My vacation was completely ruined.

A day after my return, they called from the control service about the work of the travel agency to find out how I evaluate their work. I've covered everything I wrote in this review. They promised to sort it out. Then they apologized. But who will compensate me for the moral shock after this "rest" ???
