Yesterday I left a request for a trip on the website, today Stetsyuk Victoria (02/05/2018) got in touch with me, I threw the hotel into the cat via viber. I want my documents for registration. And she told me, 12:17, that Rossita was waiting for me. By my arrival at 12:45, of course, no contract was filled out, but these are trifles. I said what hotel I want for the whole family (2 adults and 2 children), she printed out the contract and I signed it. She said that we should pay in full, right away, we only had 6,000 UAH with us, I offered to leave them and bring the remaining amount to immediately go home for the money. She refused to take 6 thousand and her husband went home for the money, when he arrived 20 minutes later, Rosita said that our tour had risen in price by 80 dollars. That's such a good guy!! Didn't book, thanks. This is how "professionally" they work in "Let's go with us", you and your employees will not go far. Wouldn't recommend, disgusting!
