Terrible organization

Booked a tour to Bulgaria in September. Terrible organization. We waited for the bus for 3 hours before leaving. Outside where there was nowhere to sit. You can’t leave the place of departure for the toilet or for water, because a bus could arrive at any moment. When asked to give an intelligible answer, what is happening, why we are delayed and when the departure will be difficult to receive an answer. Or rather, they didn’t even get it, but heard some incomprehensible excuses that you want from us, we only take money and that’s it. That is, the organization of tours in this agency is limited only to fundraising, and what's next is your problem. Yes, I understand there is a problem. problems arise everywhere. But the question is not that there are some difficulties and misunderstandings, but how they are solved. In our case, no one even considered it necessary to apologize for the inconvenience. I was promised that a letter of claim to the carrier would be drawn up. But, as I understand it, it was just said so that they would get behind the employees with their problems. Very unpleasant. Very bad organization and I hope I don't have to deal with them again. After all, not the only travel agency in town
