We had an agency "Let's go with us", it is located in Kyiv, I talked with the manager Kolesnik Ksenia, who I really liked. Everything was decided, everything was fine, the service at the agency is good. When we flew back, the flight back was postponed to an earlier time, we left the hotel at 2 am, i.e. rested 1 day less, this of course upset us a little. →
The lies of the tour operator are disgusting ..... the lies of the hotel management are disgusting ... complete disrespect and disregard for the tourist ... were completely disappointed ... Icmeler and Marmaris and the hotel are incompatible concepts. It is impossible to cover all the shortcomings of the hotel with the beauty of this resort. →
I have used this agency twice and both times have been disappointing. Lack of professionalism and any customer focus prevails and thrives. I will describe in more detail. I DO NOT RECOMMEND For the first time we go on a trip and decided to choose a direct vacation - a sea cruise. Turning to the company in "Let's go with us" we were offered several options. We chose the most expensive of those offered, brought the money, paid the cost, and then everything went wrong, as we would like. There were delays in submitting documents for a visa (the results of whether they opened a visa for us or not were told 3-4 days before departure), I asked for air tickets to be sent to the post office from my manager 12 hours before departure. → |
