Not competent in sea cruising

I DO NOT RECOMMEND For the first time we go on a trip and decided to choose a direct vacation - a sea cruise. Turning to the company in "Let's go with us" we were offered several options. We chose the most expensive of those offered, brought the money, paid the cost, and then everything went wrong, as we would like. There were delays in submitting documents for a visa (the results of whether they opened a visa for us or not were told 3-4 days before departure), I asked for air tickets to be sent to the post office from my manager 12 hours before departure. A lot was promised as bonuses on the liner: free internet, the ability to order breakfast in the room, drinks during dinner, as it turned out, these were just empty words, and of course we had to pay extra for every pleasure. Most of all, I was surprised that on the return of our cruise, I asked to send a total of all payments, what amounts and what services were spent (cruise / visas / air tickets / transfer / hotel, etc.). From my manager, Ekaterina Parkhomenko, I could not wait for a long time, I had to write directly to the management - Demchuk Olga Alexandrovna. Of course, they answered me within 4 days and assured me that I would receive all the payments, but I had to communicate with both the management and Katerina for another two weeks so that I would receive what I wanted within a month. Of course, part of the amount did not converge with the agreed services. The transfer, which should have cost 180 euros, cost us 360 euros, the ticket for me was cheaper than for the second person, and the manager simply said that he was mistaken. Perhaps the company "Come with us" specializes only in tours to Turkey/Egypt/Bulgaria, but what about larger tours like a cruise, I recommend considering whether to apply, because cruises are not cheap.
