I want to express my gratitude to the agency and manager Natalia (office at 170 Kharkiv Highway, Kyiv). Very high quality and prompt support, all issues that arose were resolved during working and non-working hours. Natalia recommended the Queens Park Tekirovo hotel, although she wanted to go to another hotel. I am very grateful to Natalia for recommending this particular hotel. →
We were satisfied, but for 9 points out of 10, we discussed the options in Viber and selected the most suitable for us. Not 100% qualified employees work for them, because they gave me a not entirely correct answer about the excursion, and it turned out to me later a little more expensive, already in Italy. →
The agency provided all the necessary information and documents. Only there one girl quit, the second took us. There were such nuances of such a plan. It didn't really affect anything. but the girl who took care of us was not very good at looking for everything, she helped, we did everything ourselves. Excellent transfer quality, but we were looking for a bus for a long time and had to wait for it. →
Absolutely no comments. The girl advised us the hotel at her discretion and we liked it very much. We also had a return delay of an hour or more. It was my first time flying with Windrose and I didn't like it compared to other carriers. We bought excursions from the guide and we liked everything, there was also good service. → |
