The agency provided all the necessary information and documents. Only there one girl quit, the second took us. There were such nuances of such a plan. It didn't really affect anything. but the girl who took care of us was not very good at looking for everything, she helped, we did everything ourselves. Excellent transfer quality, but we were looking for a bus for a long time and had to wait for it. But everything was ok. We were offered excursions, but we did not use them, as we traveled with small children.
