The guys at the agency are great, they picked everything up for us, even though we had already booked the hotel very late around the New Year. But still, everything was done very quickly, well done. They were able to find us a good option. We were very lucky that there were no transfers and flight delays. There were no issues with the transfer either, everything was on time, with good staff and comfortable. The agency was able to satisfy all our needs as much as possible, from which we were left with a good impression. The rest was wonderful and we are grateful to the guys for their prompt and high-quality work.
