I was satisfied with the quality of service in the agency. Everything was fine, no complaints arose. We were provided with all the necessary information regarding the excursion, transfer. They talked about absolutely all the nuances that could happen to us. We decided to go to the Czech Republic, and were impressed by the trip. Not very much we liked our guide and the fact that they were a bit long at customs. My advice, it is better to fly by plane, you will not need to stand at customs. Well, everything was just great.
