The guys at the agency are great, they picked everything up for us, even though we had already booked the hotel very late around the New Year. But still, everything was done very quickly, well done. They were able to find us a good option. We were very lucky that there were no transfers and flight delays. There were no issues with the transfer either, everything was on time, with good staff and comfortable. →
Service at the agency was normal. We were just a little unlucky with the holidays. If we were supposed to fly there at 7 in the morning, then we barely flew out at 12 at night of the same day, my whole birthday was ruined, because the flight fell on that day.
