We went to Montenegro in August 2013 through the Pilon operator. There were no complaints, everyone was happy. Initially, they chose the village of Rafailovici, but the hotel was not confirmed and, to our happiness, they offered Sveti Stefan instead. The nature in Stefan is much more picturesque and the beaches are cleaner than in Rafailovici. We went on excursions with Pilon, the prices are moderate, the guides are not bad, we did not have any troubles during the two weeks of rest. Although before that they read only negative reviews about this tour operator.
