Thank God that we all chose ourselves - the hotel, the staff - everything is just wonderful, and this despite the fact that our hotel is 3+ on the website of this travel agency, 3+ on the tour, but in fact - 2+ stars! )))) Everything was wonderful, and the rest, and the country, and the service - all at the highest level BUT !!!!!!! When the bus left for Bulgaria, our seats were 4. →
Passport Plus cannot contribute to the safety of the holiday and solve the problems that the tourist has during the trip. And this is the main indicator of the quality of the agency. When the tour operator Coral Travel did not provide me with a booked hotel, Passport Plus did not give me the slightest help in solving the problem, not even advice.
