Passport Plus cannot contribute to the safety of the holiday and solve the problems that the tourist has during the trip. And this is the main indicator of the quality of the agency. When the tour operator Coral Travel did not provide me with a booked hotel, Passport Plus did not give me the slightest help in solving the problem, not even advice. After my arrival, I filed a complaint, but they again "froze off". What are they getting their interest for? (By the way, honestly, they could have returned them.)
