We were twice in the Emirates, both times with Natalie Tour Ukraine. There is no limit to the indignation: at the airport, the transfer was expected for more than 4 hours (at night), all this time we were persuaded that we would go now, then they took us to the bus, as a result, we got to the hotel at half past one in the night. That's not all, for some reason the room was for two, and there were three of us. The missing things (bed, bedding, towels, etc.) were carried to us for another hour and a half. They didn’t want to give the passport to the reception, they said that the scanner was closed at night. The way back is even worse: we were at the airport 3 hours before departure, check-in was carried out at one counter for 4 CIS flights at once, many received boarding passes 10-15 minutes before departure, nerves were on edge, while flights to Kabul and Beirut were on different racks and there was no queue. I won't go with Natalia again.
