The work of guides Natalie Tursa in Mallorca

We, four adults, flew from Kyiv to Mallorca on June 20th. We were warmly welcomed at the airport, plus it turned out that we had an individual transfer to a hotel in Playa de Muro, and not a bus with 52 seats, as we were promised in Kyiv, but without a guide (promised by a travel agency. Minus - the driver speaks Spanish , there is no one to tell at least briefly about Mallorca and the places we pass.)

The next day there was a guide at the hotel - a lovely girl Yulia (Yulya, if you are reading these lines - hello to you from a cheerful company from Kyiv), she explained everything politely and kindly, told. Many thanks to the guides Yulia and Igor!

06/27/13 from the hotel to the airport again a small bus, a Spanish-speaking driver and no guide. The driver dropped us off near the airport - and adyes! No one met us at the airport, where to go, where to check in - a quest called "guess for yourself". It is difficult for a person who first got to the airport in a foreign country to quickly find out what is where. We found where the tax free is issued, the representative of Natalie Tours was just standing there and talking with the tourist, a minute later this representative is gone, ask what's what with tax free receipts, where is the registration, there is no one. We found and went through registration with my husband on the flight, handed over the luggage, and decided to still find out the question - how can we get tax free. So far, my husband and I found the counter of Natalie Tours on another floor, and there the people who arrived are standing. The only representative of Natalie Tours at the counter seems to be supposed to pay attention to the tired people who have arrived, but our plane leaves in 25 minutes, we have no time to stand in line, we still have to go through customs and border guards and reach the plane. When I remember how my husband and I ran through the airport in order to catch the plane, I will shudder. The representative of Natalie Tursa tried to pay attention to all of us at the same time, said that the second representative was meeting the plane, which arrived half an hour earlier.

Probably, Natalie Tursu should provide for such simultaneous arrivals and departures, so that later the tourists will have the best impressions from the rest and organization of the trip, and not like ours - "You are already flying away - why pay attention to you and explain something to you"
