Extremely unreliable tour operator. We were going to fly to Cyprus for our honeymoon. We chose and booked with Natalie Tours only because other operators did not have the desired hotel. We had heard about this unfortunate tour operator before, we hoped that we would be lucky, but alas ... The request was confirmed for 7 (!) Days, they were encouraging, they said that it would be confirmed just a little bit more, fly, fed breakfast , in the end they just stopped answering ... What we have: time is lost, there are no seats left on the flight, we don’t have time to open visas to Europe ... we need to return all prepayments for the outdoor ceremony, photo shoots, etc. ...
