Booked a trip to Dubai in August. Initially, they wanted to fly through Join-up (a year ago they flew to Sri Lanka, everything went great), but due to their unstable state on the market, they decided to try Natalie and regretted it. The tour was booked a month before departure, when ordering the tour, 2 options for departure from Kyiv were offered (because there were seats on the plane). We chose early because we wanted to arrive earlier in Dubai, and the tour was for 6 nights, so we decided to increase the number of days of our stay there. As a result, the day before departure, they send us tickets with a departure at 14.30, arguing that the flight was canceled. We decided to check this information, called FlyDubai and found out that nothing had been cancelled. As a result: without notice and without agreement with us, they transferred us to another flight, "stealing" one day of our stay from us, because. We arrived at the hotel at 12 noon.
Not nice!!! More services of Natalie-Tours, we will not use.
