I will say more, I talked with the owner of the company herself, a certain Oksana Verbitskaya, which is completely depressing.
On questions - you get inadequate answers, with shouts, insults and even threats. And this is for my own money ... Thank you, the owner of the base where we rested turned out to be a normal person, everything was successfully resolved. -operator. You remain unprotected and deceived.
