We decided to celebrate the year 2011 romantically: in the mountains, among the snow and Christmas trees... We bought two vouchers for 1750 UAH per person + paid 250 UAH extra to live in a four-bed room for two. The price included: meeting at the station by a representative of the travel agency, travel Lviv-Vyshkov-Lviv, accommodation in a quadruple tourist class room (conveniences on the floor) from 12/30/2010-01/03/2011, 3 dinners, 4 breakfasts (buffet), departure on a sleigh to forest followed by hot sausages, excursions to the city of Morshyn, the Goshevsky Monastery and the village of Kolochava to the museum "Old Village" and a New Year's banquet.

It would seem that the program is super!

The fun started at the train station, when, as indicated in the program, we stood outside for 30 minutes in -20 and strong winds. Finally freezing, we called the tour operator where we were happily informed that the fees were transferred to the station building, as it was cold outside. To our question: "Why didn't they actually warn us?quot;, they mumbled something indistinct and disconnected. Well, starting to quietly get angry, we stomp into the building where we find our group of three people and the leader, who says that we still need to wait, since not everyone has gathered yet (at that time it was 8.20, and we arrived at 6) and there is no bus yet ( although he was supposed to be back at 8). We stand further, the mood quietly slips into the negative ... Finally, we are told that the bus has been served and the leader will lead people to it in groups of 4 people (20 in total in the group). While everyone loaded, another 40 minutes passed. In short, we left Lviv at 9.30 instead of 8.30. And then we are announced that a walking tour of Lviv, scheduled for the day of departure, will be held today (there is snow, strong wind and "dog" cold outside!). I must say that the tour was not bad, Andrey - the head of the parallel group to which we were attached for a while - just super!

Finally, we split up, met our leader - a woman of about 45, who introduced herself as Lesya, transferred to another "bus" (a broken-down minibus) cold, absolutely unheated, and went to the village of Vyshkov to the recreation center "Vysokiy Pass". On the way, we stopped in the city of Morshin and the Goshevsky Monastery. Lesya turned out to be a disgusting guide, unable even to read normally from a piece of paper without constant stuttering and yelling. Then we were told that we had to pick up more people - locals who were going to the base to celebrate the New Year. Okay, we'll take it. In the end, we waited half an hour for them to gather, and only after the scandal (it was already half past five in the evening, we hadn’t eaten anything since morning, dinner was ordered for 7, and the base was still “like crustaceans to Kyiv”) we went further, deciding that we were late get themselves.

Finally we arrived at the base. They gave us the keys to the rooms, explained that we had ordered dinner in the hut, and then Lesya said that she was going back to Lviv now, as she had to meet another group tomorrow. Well, it must be so. We - naive people - did not mind.

We go into the room, open the door and quietly figeem:

1. The handle on the door is broken - to close the door you need to slam it with all the dope, but in no other way;

2. In the room there are: 4 beds (they are more beautiful in my hostel), shattered to such an extent that it’s scary to sit down, 2 oblique, peeled chairs, two bedside tables and a wardrobe with falling off doors (everything without handles); on the wall is a tiny mirror covered with stickers;

3. The walls are sheathed with chipboard (lagging behind in the corners and on the ceiling), painted with paint, generously outlined with markers;

4. On the floor is an old robe with incomprehensible brown spots.

Seeing all this "beauty" stomp to understand. After a useless conversation with the administrator and deputy. directors, who just nodded with a smart look, we call the tour operator, who promises to settle everything. At this moment, a second couple appears, who came with us, and pleases with the news that no one is actually waiting for us for dinner. After the trial, we find out that dinner ("Oh, they forgot") is transferred to the restaurant.

After dinner, we return to "our sheep" in the face of the number. We call the tour operator and find out that "oh, how fastidious we are, there are excellent tourist class rooms, and everything is in order. She cannot relocate us anywhere and generally wait tomorrow." All this in a raised voice (for which Ulyana learned everything that we think about her and about the base). We go to the deputy director and after the statement: either you move us or return the money, we move to another room, where everything is really in order (except for the bedside table, which they are sworn to fix tomorrow) and normal beds.

OK. We drove. We go to the shower and understand that it (a shower cabin "a la the Soviet Union" curtained with a shabby curtain) is one for 5 rooms, combined with a toilet, the doors do not close with a key, there is no hot water, a sink

clogged, taps fall from touching them. Again we go to the administrator. After 2 minutes, the sink was broken, water appeared.

We return to the room, spread the bed and find dirty linens. Back to admin

The most fun began when our neighbors came and it turned out that the walls were pure chipboard, i.e. absolutely no isolation!. there was a strange impression that we live together and there is no wall! There was even a whisper.

The next day we decided to go skiing. We go to the rental, located at the base. We find out that there are no sleds, no ski poles, only large suits. They spat, went to the rental point (the company is the same there and there), overpaid 2 times, but got everything they needed.

Finally - the long-awaited New Year and a banquet. The tables are full of plates (one stands on top of the other, as they do not fit), dishes are primitive (olivier, fried potatoes, etc.), bread in sandwiches is a brick, for some reason teaspoons stick out in salads, they are poured into some then small saucepans, sliced \u200b\u200b- as if chopped with an ax ... 2 bottles of vodka, a bottle of champagne, a liter pack of juice and a bottle of mineral water rely on 6 people. Entertainment program - no competitions, music - exclusively Ukrainian folk songs. The result is that at 4 o'clock I already wildly wanted to sleep. The next day it turned out that we left early: at 6 o'clock sweets were served (it is not clear for whom, if there were no people already at 3 half). To be honest, we still do not understand why we paid 500 UAH per person...

2 numbers according to the program - sausages. Then we finally saw Lesya, who did not even deign to take an interest in us all this time. We were told that we were not going to the forest, since there was only one sleigh and 2 horses at the base, instead of sausages - cheap sausages, since we didn’t bring them and we fry them on the territory of the base, and whoever wants can ride a sleigh for 5 minutes on village.

Finally, the day of departure - an excursion to the village of Kolochava. Before leaving, we asked Lesya 7 times, regularly pretending that nothing had happened, whether we would have time to get there, since the train tickets were on hand, and it was 3 hours to Lviv. We were assured that everything would be fine. Bottom line: we didn’t really see anything, since there was no time and we got to the base at 3 o’clock (train at 18.00). We grab bags at a run, fortunately we collected some of the things in advance, but anyway, then we had to transfer some things with other vacationers, and we jump into a taxi.

On the train, thanks to the driver, who tried not to slow down much, although the road was far from ideal and even partially icy, we managed to get right back to back, without even having time to buy groceries for the journey.

Outcome. From good impressions: insanely beautiful nature, a tour of Lviv, breakfasts in a restaurant and a taxi ride; of the bad: the bitter experience of communicating with representatives of the travel agency and the recreation center and the conclusion either to travel by yourself (in Ukraine) or abroad.

P.S. By the way, the nightstand was never repaired for us and the room was never cleaned for the entire rest period (although they promised every 2 days), the corridor and toilets were washed on 31 in the morning and 2 in the evening (what a madhouse and mess it was, especially after the New Year, I will keep silent ).
