The quality of service at the agency was average, let's say, 4 out of 5. We were traveling with a friend, we are both pensioners. When they turned to the agency, there was one price, while they got together, they came to the agency the next day - the price is already different, more by 50 dollars. We turned to other agencies to find out the prices there, and found out that in one of them the price of the tour was $30 less, which we told the agency we started working with. →



We liked everything, just as we were told.

We flew on New Year's Eve 2013. There are no questions to the manager, everything was done in the best possible way, the only thing that I didn’t like was the bad behavior of AEROSVIT, the flight was postponed for a day. The manager Katya called us several times a day - she warned us about the postponement of the departure time, in general she paid very much attention to her, for which many thanks to her. →

We came to this agency on the recommendation of friends. Friends from them 2 times already went. The manager Anna listened to us carefully and immediately oriented what we needed. We went to Egypt, to Hurghada. We liked everything. The main thing is not to be afraid to name the amount you are counting on and the girls will pick up the coolest option for you! Everything that was told about the hotel - everything is true and you can immediately see that they were there! The director is a young guy, very loyal and communicative. →
