Review of travel agency UA ANEX AGENCY 112

The quality of service at the agency was average, let's say, 4 out of 5. We were traveling with a friend, we are both pensioners. When they turned to the agency, there was one price, while they got together, they came to the agency the next day - the price is already different, more by 50 dollars. We turned to other agencies to find out the prices there, and found out that in one of them the price of the tour was $30 less, which we told the agency we started working with. Didn't like it very much that the manager at this agency told us "oh, because of this miserable $20 you will be going to agencies". If for someone 20 dollars is nothing, but for pensioners it is something. I didn't like this attitude. As for the transfer, everything was fine. The plane on the way there was huge, the flight was normal, the transfer from the airport to the hotel was on time, everything went as usual, everything was fine. There were no delays, everything was on schedule. There was another point that we were not happy with. At first, no one told us anything, then, after buying a ticket, it turned out that there was a morning and afternoon flight. If you need a morning flight, you need to pay extra $ 30, of course we paid extra, because if it's a day flight, then the whole day is lost. I would like to be warned about this in advance, and not after the purchase of the tour. I found out that other agencies do not have this. And I have not come across this before, I don’t know who it depends on, from the tour operator’s agency or from someone else.
