the flight was delayed for 13 hours, the company had information about this, but the tourists were not notified and they had to come to Borispol at night and early in the morning, and as a result, wait for 10.30 pm for departure. the airline company apologized with a small bottle of water and a bun. In fact, half a day of rest was stolen from people and no apology was given by the representative of the tour operator at the airport. →
