She answered all our questions, quickly executed the contract, and the next day I already issued all the documents. Rest were very satisfied. We rested in Kirillovka in the boarding house "Madrid" in August. Rest were satisfied. Brought by bus straight to the boarding house. Settled quickly, fed immediately. The food is delicious, varied, large portions. It was possible for the child not to order a portion. Before leaving, they called, asked how the rest was and what would be the wishes, they informed the departure time and the bus number. →

Cheating for the weekend tour on August 23rd. Instead of the promised bus, they took three minibuses, one of them broke down all the way, didn’t go back. A lady announced at Bill at 10:00 pm: “The bus broke down at 17:00. We will go by minibuses, I can’t return the money. If they had known, they wouldn't have gone. On Constitution Day, they themselves drove people to Kirillovka! The same story about the bus! No shame, no conscience! There is no mention of compensation!. →

The comfort doesn't match the pay. Delivery instead of a comfortable bus was taken "like firewood in a cart." Drivers lose passengers on the road, forget at the gas station. Upon return delivery, instead of the agreed delivery (to Gorishni Plavni), they threw it out at the railway station in Kremenchug with luggage and children and "get there yourself" !!! We paid for a suite in one boarding house in the Iron Port, and upon arrival we were settled in a standard room of a completely different boarding house. They left us alone with our problem, did not help in the end. I absolutely do not recommend! Not professionals! →
