. Ile-tour is a horror. On 24.06 we departed from Odessa instead of 14.00 at 20:30. We stood outside the city under the polishing sun. The promised cafe for tourists is not even in sight. They deceived the travel agent, they said that there is a place to wait for tourists, to go from the railway. station 20 min. the bus is comfortable. In reality, it was a field 7 km from Odessa, 40 minutes drive. , and the bus, well, Ikarus is a little worse, the toilet did not work. The tour agencies were not aware that the departure from Kyiv and other cities was delayed. The operator lied that he had warned all the tourists. We arrived at Sunny Beach not at 11:00, but at 17:00. There were no problems at the borders.

But the ride home was even WORSE. The bus was late again. Yes, and it’s hard to call it a bus: dirt in the cabin, the toilet didn’t work, even for children, Bulgarian drivers who don’t give a damn about anything. On intercity flights, buses run many times better, to tell the truth, they don’t go like that anymore. For 1 place for 2 people, I.E. DOUBLE TICKETS. Tickets for non-existent places. Not to mention that we got lost along the way, the drivers did not know the way.

Draw conclusions to work with such a tour operator or not. I used to be afraid to fly, but after traveling with them, my transport is an airplane and of course not this operator.
