terrible transfer

MV traveled with Iltur to Bulgaria in August-September 2013. The transfer is just terrible. Returning from Sozopol, no one warned us what time the car would come for us. So we sat at the reception from 8-00 in the morning. Then at 9-00 a car came for us and brought us to Sunny Beach for some kind of stop. There, martyrs like us were waiting for us. They began to bring tourists and so on until 16-30. At 4:30 p.m., a broken Setra with Bulgarian numbers and Bulgarian carriers (3 people) was delivered. Nobody checked either the documents or the people - nothing. The Bulgarian walked on the heads and counted and drove off. All the way here and there people were picked up and so on somewhere else until 20-00. And go. On the way, we were stopped by a bus in some forest-fields, but not near shops or gas stations. So our assholes saw all the passing buses and cars. In Romania, people ran out of water and we drove without water right up to Ukraine. Even in Tatarbunary, these "goats" did not stop. Moreover, in Romania at the border, all three of them slept for three hours. And we could not understand why we were standing. After we started calling tour operators, we were advised to film it all and put it on the Internet.. We began to take pictures of them, the bus is all shabby, this is a terrible service. Here they deigned to stop at a gas station in Odessa. We still had 140 km to Nikolaev and we were glad that we would be home soon. And those who go to Dnepropetrovsk, Kharkov, I simply do not envy them.
