You need to understand what a bus tour is

I am not writing from myself, but from friends who went on tour with this company. I booked myself for September. They were extremely satisfied despite the fact that there were problems on the road.

Maybe the travel agency just didn’t properly explain what a bus tour to Bulgaria is.

Yes, the bus was not very new, it was delayed on the way there for 5 hours and 6 back. But for such money it’s just a super vacation. We rested at the Slavyansky 3 * hotel on the sunny beach. 1st line and they paid for the tour with breakfast about 350 euros for 2!

The host side seems to be Alfa service at its best. There were no transfers from the bus, but he did not promise - on the contrary, the agency issued a map on how to get to the hotel if they suddenly did not want to take a taxi.

so I think the problems are typical for ALL bus tours from ALL tour operators. Iltur gives very good prices - it’s clear that you want the perfect vacation, but then you have to pay more and fly.
