The expression - "Thank you for SURVIVED" really refers to this travel agency. Exactly a year ago, I went with my husband and 2 children on vacation to Bulgaria. Everyone who traveled with us bought a ticket from different tour operators, but in the end, everyone had a package of documents from ILTUR. On the way to Bulgaria at about 5 am (also on the territory of Romania) we had an accident - the driver fell asleep, and the 2nd floor. the bus with 76 passengers overturned into a ditch. A middle-aged woman suffered the most, and when contacting the local hospital, it turned out that we didn’t have insurance contracts as such, and under their guise we were all given only “additions to contracts”, which were naturally not valid without the insurance contracts themselves . And most importantly, most people were so deceived that it was discovered only after the accident. Somehow, in common, all of us who remained by another bus of the tour partner BALKAN TOUR (which we were waiting for in the sun in an open field for 15 hours) were taken to Bulgaria. What kind of rest could be if the nerves are tangled, the horror of what has been transferred is constantly haunting. But what horror awaited us when we saw the bus that was supposed to take us back. Not a bus, but a SHARABAN. We also brought back 2 families who, together with us, had an accident on the way there. Their morale was no better. Nobody took into account the fact that on the way we asked the driver not to drive more than 80-90 km on such a sharabike. The driver generally said that he had heard about that accident - "Just think the bus turned over a little." On a breakdown of nerves, with prayers throughout the night, thank God we drove through Bulgaria and Romania, but near Khotyn, Khmelnytsky region, a wheel bursts on the bus on the move and again a full bus of people suffered, but we were lucky we were "on a hairline" from a serious accident. My family and I didn’t get on this bus anymore, but the rest of the passengers, not formally, but really, from the bottom of our hearts, wished a GOOD WAY. I will NEVER go with ILTUR and order the fifth,. . . . , the tenth, so as not to contact. When choosing any vouchers, I will be guided only by recommendations from the forum
