My 'magic' holiday with Iltur

We bought tickets to Bulgaria, a bus tour, departure from Krivoy Rog. We rested just fine, but there is one big minus - this is the transportation of passengers to their destination and back, which is completely unorganized and completely spoiled the impression of this travel agency.

We left Krivoy Rog for Bulgaria on time, but as it turned out, when landing, this is not the bus we should take and we will be transferred to another bus, because. the one on which we really should ride allegedly broke. Somewhere in the Nikolaev region, we finally “met” with our bus from which people who were traveling from Bulgaria got tired and angry, it turns out that they left instead of the promised eleven in the morning at three in the morning. (I want to note that in June our friends left Bulgaria at the same time)

I call the tour operator and ask: “Do you systematically experience such problems with transport?” Answer: "No, but if you want, you CAN EXIT!!!" (IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FIELD WITH PAID TOURS AND A RAINBOW MOOD ABOUT THE FUTURE HOLIDAY!!!).

I won't go into details of how we got there, and it was terrible, but we arrived at the hotel at six o'clock in the evening.

With the return date approaching, the mood began to deteriorate, but we believed in the best. The time of departure from the destination to the homeland is at eleven. At ten I called the dispatcher, who said that the bus was delayed and we needed to be in the hotel lobby at twelve. As a result, the transfer arrived at one o'clock in the afternoon and we were taken to the bus stop in Sunny Beach, where all the tourists from Ukraine were taken. At first, everyone just stood under the scorching sun, then people spread out towels, opened beach umbrellas and began to press the bus, following with a pitying glance all the buses passing by. The most persistent called the dispatcher, who answered each time that the bus would be in 40 minutes. As a result, we left at six o'clock in the evening and, attention, the driver said that in Varna we would be transferred to another bus. Upon arrival in Varna, we were actually transferred to a double-decker bus and we arrived almost without incident.

We will not go with Iltur or by bus again! And we do not recommend!
