Iltur by bus from Lutsk

I am writing my review of the work of the tour operator Iltur. We were leaving Rivne, the bus was leaving Lutsk. Arrived at the stop on time, friendly drivers, Ukrainians. The bus was unplanned, the air conditioning was working, it was even a little cold on the ground floor. Stops were made at gas stations. The only trouble when they came to pick up people in Chernivtsi, it turned out that people have seats 72 and 73, and the bus does not have them. But everyone was detained and arrived at the border on time, as indicated in the route. We were kept at the border for almost 7 hours for a long time. That's why we drove on late. We arrived in Golden Sands at about 4 pm, ie we were at the road for 31 hours. At the stop we were met by a transfer to the hotel.

Now about the way back. In the morning on the day of departure I called the dispatcher, who said that the bus will stop at 14.50, transfer to the hotel will be waiting for us at 13.50. At 2.30 pm there was no transfer yet.

I called the dispatcher again, he said that one passenger had been killed somewhere and the bus was a little late. As we later learned, it turned out that passengers from Sozopol said that the bus would be at 12.00, and he left from 10.00. Accordingly, then the bus just stood in the heat for an hour, waiting for the passenger to be brought. At 3.30 pm I went to call the dispatcher again, because there was no transfer. It is good that the reception allowed to call for free. The dispatcher replied that the bus was already approaching the Golden Sands and would now be transferred. And in fact in a few minutes the transfer arrived and drove us to the stop where our bus was already parked. That is, we had to leave at 14:50, and left at 15:50, only an hour later. The drivers were different, also Ukrainians. The bus is unplanned, the air conditioner worked. We arrived without any problems, the borders passed quickly, the bus stops were at gas stations.

I came across these reviews after I paid for the ticket.

She was a little scared and worried that everything would be fine. Looking at the reviews, we can say that the main problems of buses from Kiev. Fortunately, the best buses run from Lutsk.

Our trip turned out to be good, but reading other reviews, I will probably think twice next time whether to go with Iltur.
