Bought tickets to Bulgaria from Kyiv. Departure there was at 8.00. This is how we left, but as it turned out, we go first to Khmelnitsky, and then in Ternopil we change to another bus. With all these stops, we arrived at the border by 23.00. We passed the Ukrainian one quickly, and stopped at the Romanian one at about 12 am, collected our passports. We fell asleep, we wake up - 7 in the morning, and we are still standing there !!! It turns out that Iltur did not apply for a Bulgarian visa for one of the passengers, because the man had an English one !! And according to him, Iltur already refused the registration and returned the documents back. In the end, somehow all decided and went on. We drove all day in Romania. Once stopped in the rest area to the toilet. Then, on demand, several times in the field. On the Bulgarian border again stood for the same reason for 2.5 hours. As a result, about 10 arrived in Golden Sands, where they dropped everyone off, and began to shove them into transfers. At one o'clock in the morning we were brought to Sozopol, the driver dropped us off at the central square and that's it, goodbye! Although we have a transfer to the hotel!

Again, they themselves arrived at the square by taxi, as indicated in the tickets - 40 minutes before departure. At 11 they were there.

11.50 - no bus. We call the dispatcher. In broken Russian. Wait, now it will be, wait. We wait. 13.00 We call again. Wait, we remember about you, we will take everyone. Now there should be some kind of nonsense that the bus broke down, but now it will be different. searched for a long time, etc. Wait 5-10 minutes. We are waiting further. At 14.00 we call again, we already have to yell, we handed the phone to some girl, she already speaks in an understandable language, but everything is the same, wait now. We need to call the driver. Says he doesn't pick up the phone. Wait now will be.

At 14.30 the bus arrived again, the driver did not know anything. We are going to Sunny Beach. We are transferred to a large 2-decker bus, but they say that they will transfer us again in Golden Sands. This is true. The same 2-decker bus. At night we were on the Romanian border, we did not stand for long 2 hours, but we drove very slowly. We drove all night until 2pm! We arrived at the Romanian-Ukrainian border and stopped 200 meters from the queue. They stood for half an hour, why it is not clear, the drivers could not explain anything or did not want to. They called Iltur's Ukrainian numbers. 2 times, the bus went. Why they stood is not clear.

at 16.30 we left the Ukrainian customs and traveled forward.

Chernivtsi, Ternopil, Khmelnitsky, Vinnitsa. Finally at 7.00 arrived in Kyiv. We unloaded and observed how the drivers used a mop and a broom, and began to sweep the bus. At 8.00 they have a departure to Bulgaria.
