I will try to be objective, I hope this response will be useful to someone.
So, through the tour operator "Iltur" went to rest in Bulgaria from Lviv, of course, by bus =)
The bus went from Rivne through Lutsk to Lviv, then - through Ivano-Frankivsk to Chernivtsi, passengers were recruited everywhere. The bus was quite comfortable, clean, air conditioners worked properly, drivers are polite. At the stop to Lviv, and at all other stops, the bus arrived on time.
Then - change in Chernivtsi to the Bulgarian double-decker bus. Here are the nuances. Everyone was dropped off and told to wait until they came for us. Everything would be fine if you didn't have to look at that bus for more than an hour on some incomprehensible roadside, without a toilet and the slightest hint of it.
The Bulgarian bus was also quite clean, but the comfort of at least - 80 passengers, seats almost did not fall, there was very little space, toilet - no, but air conditioning worked, drivers - Bulgarians, who seem to "pile up" on everything. Customs control was carried out everywhere on average in an hour, only at the Bulgarian customs for unknown reasons stood almost two and a half.
Then there was a slight shock when the Bulgarians dropped us off at the final stop in Sozopol promised by the travel agency (and the girl who sold the ticket emphasized that we need to leave only at the final one), but 80 km faster. We waited for our transfer for 40 minutes, to be honest, we already thought we would have to get there ourselves. Accordingly, when we went back, we did not know what time the bus would arrive and where the landing would take place - whether in Sozopol, or in Elenita or somewhere else ...
The way back was more pleasant, despite all the experiences were taken from the hotel on time, the bus also left on time, though again not from Sozopol but from another city, Ukrainian drivers, at all customs, thanks to their efforts we stood no more than half an hour , that is, the road back lasted even less than a day.
Basically, you can't say that it was very bad, the only request to the tour operator is to provide true information about boarding or disembarking from the bus, or at least to warn about it
