Needles travel-spent nerves and spoiled rest!
I do not advise ANYONE to contact this travel agency. Considering ourselves our guide in our New Year's tour (30-5.01.14), they showed themselves:
1. You are treated as a lower caste
2, no rules for stopping in the toilet are provided for 2 nights in 6 (!!!) hours. Imagine !!
3. I, as a tourist, was told to ORDER and not to create problems for escorts in matters of departure at an early hour not provided by the program.
4. Buses. They break more often than they have time to fix them.
4. Guide! The most important thing! I have never received such a boorish attitude. For laughing, we were threatened with getting off the bus with the police, not stopping at the toilet. Especially for themselves, they took the last row of the bus and did not even let anyone sit there. This is a 'matter of principle' for them, as they put it. And the hardest thing - the stove, which created the bath conditions, was not excluded.
Choose the best! Take care of yourself!
And personally I do not advise anyone to go with this company and personally Natalia Bila and her sister !!!!
