How a boorish attitude in an agency can ruin a trip.

I bought a tour from them, I’ll say right away that the tour was not bad, but the process of buying ... They have such a manager there, Natalya, a hysterical woman, possibly mentally unhealthy. It began with the fact that she counted me 1000 UAH. more than stated. No requests to recalculate, appeals to reason produced no impact. I spent 3 hours in this Mr. agency!!!!! trying to convince them that they were wrong. So much rudeness, how much I have heard during this time ... pulls on the monthly rate. They tried to take my phone away from me so that I wouldn’t leave, they threatened problems with the border guards, they threatened that if I didn’t pay, she would fake a heart attack and say that it was I who brought her down Honestly, if it weren’t for my friend, who would really like to go, then I would get up and go to court and listen to how and at what rate 400 euros turned into 8500 UAH. and how they are going to compensate me for ruining my vacation. But they still brought me, I already spat on everything and was about to leave, when they finally agreed to count. In general, only when I had already left the agency, their director Valeria plucked up courage, called me back and apologized, saying that something was taken into account there several times. This at least somehow smoothed the overall impression from disgusting to very, very bad. The aforementioned Natalya did not consider it necessary to apologize.

Conclusion: the number of negative impressions from communication in the agency is more than positive from the trip, I highly do not recommend applying there!
