I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE to use the services of "Giraffe Tour" if you do not want to be deceived and do not want to spoil your vacation!!! Just a terrible company! Although the first impression of them is not bad, but it is deceptive !!! An employee of the company, Yulia, and its director, Eduard, constantly lie, keep silent, and do not provide the necessary and most importantly reliable information.
In my case, they changed the terms of the contract several times, I had to repeatedly redo the documents necessary for issuing a visa, as they changed the consulates to open it, after paying half the money, the payment terms changed, they also changed the operator’s tour without warning and my consent, as a result of which the tour program was significantly changed, of course, not for the better, two cities were excluded from the program, selling the tour at an inflated price. The general impression of the "Giraftour" is simply DISGUSTING!!!
