I do not advise anyone to apply to the "beautiful" company Zhayvir !!!! We bought three charter tickets to Montenegro from them. Two weeks before departure, we paid for tickets according to the invoice. And now, 4 days before departure, the manager Maria calls and says that for some unknown reason, in order to redeem tickets, we have to pay another 30 Euros for each person. As it turned out later, due to her unprofessionalism, the manager Maria did not book tickets for a certain flight, and accordingly offered us to pay extra for a completely different flight that flew on the same day. Of course, we were offered to get our money back, but we could no longer take such risks, since the advance payment for the hotel was made, insurance was bought and a vacation was taken. I do not advise anyone!!! There is a very negative impression left!!!
