not a travel agency, but self-employment on the principle of 'earn in your free time'

I rated 4, not 1, because I would like to be objective, therefore, only facts.

Background: ordered a tour for 15 people for rafting in Migeya (Nikolaev region, Ukraine). The weather did not work out, but we decided that "the match will take place in any weather." They traveled in their own cars, one group in the forefront, one group lagging behind. Tour for three days, the first two days it rained. The second group did not have time to get to the camp before the pouring rain began. So, the arguments in support of the thesis "self-employment without responsibility":

1) The organizers did not bother to set up a tent, although they were warned that all 15 people were coming and that one of the groups would not arrive on schedule. 8 out of 15 people had to rent a "motel" and spend the night outside the camp.

2) In the process of rafting, one crew broke away from all the others, the instructor of this crew did not know the collection point, as a result, the group moored to an unknown shore, was forced to seek outside help and was evacuated by our car. Wet through. The instructor explained that he was "childish", shrugged his shoulders and said that he did not have any instructions for action in the event of such events. The organizer didn't bother to explain.

3) On the second day, an excursion to the reserve was planned. It was planned that everyone would be taken on ordered buses, because everyone had been drinking alcohol since the evening. In a conversation, the organizer confirmed this, and after 15 minutes, as soon as we left the camp, in the process of calling the rest of the participants, the organizer changed his position, concluding that other conditions were written on the site. Thus, once again he refused his obligations.

4) On the tour, there was an incident with a minibus driver who refused to wait for those who were lagging behind and refused to wait for our attempt to call them. After a verbal skirmish, the driver was sent to the organizer, after which the organizer came to the bus and asked us not to be rude to the driver and not to use obscenities when communicating with him, which was a lie and caused outrage among all those present.

Other than that, just because our company is great in itself, everything went great. The place is wonderful.
