Travel agency: Дикий Тур (Kyiv) Service type: экскурсионный тур |
The trip to Moldova left a double impression.
This is new information about the country, there is something to think about, the brains have unloaded a little. Vitaliy (the founder of the Wild Tour) was personally the leader of the group on the tour, and everything would be fine if not for a few nuances that created a not very pleasant impression of the Wild Tour.
1. Lack of communication. I had to find out everything, clarify and find out for myself (whether an advance payment was received, whether they received passport scans, what program, etc.). The travel agency didn't care about tourists at all.
2. Having plunged into the bus, I did not know exactly the tour program. The wine festival was canceled due to the events on the Maidan in Chisinau, from the wine we had a VISIT to a wine store, there were no cellars or wineries in the program, although the tour was originally planned as a wine tour.
3. We ate and went to the toilet as anyone managed and succeeded, there was no work in this regard. Vitaly didn't care. They brought the group to a strange city - here is a currency exchange, here is a market, here is a liquor store. Everything. Where to have lunch? There was no time for lunch. Where is the toilet? Search yourself or ask (see point 1)
4. As it turned out later, the tour program included many walking tours, 8-10 km long, which I personally was not ready for (see paragraph 2) and the sights themselves were far-fetched.
5. The leader of the group (Vitaly) did not cope well with his role, there was no hard timing, so there was complete confusion.
6. The menu was rather poor, but you have to understand that you can't really walk around in the conditions of hiking, so no complaints.
In general, for people without complaints, everything is fine. Yes, and everything suited me, but I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the tourist business is a service sector, and the most important thing in it is SERVICE, SERVICE and once again SERVICE.
And this applies to Vitaly, in this regard, you still have work to do.
As a PS, I would like to say that the Sprinter is not a comfortable bus for long trips; a priori, they do not have wide and comfortable seats.
