We travel a lot as a family. We have different travel experiences - from the best to the worst. As soon as something is not pleasant, we change the travel agency. And then I just decided that it was near the house and went in. Vlada, manager for Bulgaria, showed the hotel and completed the paperwork. When we arrived there, they did not even meet us, the hotel was destroyed and if there was nothing inside, then it was dark outside. The whole trip went through .... And we called her in Donetsk, tried to find out everything, so this rude barked that she would send an SMS. They have already returned, thank God, but there is still no SMS. Terrible company do not use their services.
