We chose the tour ourselves, but the agency tried to dissuade us and offer another option. In the end, we were not broken :)) We flew to the hotel that we ourselves chose. By the way, we were satisfied with the hotel. We were not quite satisfied with the work of the agency, we changed the flight on the way there, there was a whole story, we were warned too late, and the girl who served us went to Egypt on vacation, so maybe it happened. →

We were looking for a tour to the Kinburn Spit, we turned to this company after a laudatory recommendation from friends. But we were less fortunate) The tour program is good, the Berezan Island and the Kinburn Spit, but the transport support is the worst I have ever seen. From Odessa to Ochakov we traveled by bus like Bogdan, cramped, shaky. In Ochakovo, they got on a boat, and now it was something) The boat is 80 years old, if not older, rusty, dirty. →

We chose Askania and the "cruise along the Dnieper"! We were shaking on the bus for 7 hours! To find out an hour before Askania, a trip to the steppe was not booked in advance! My dears, this is a scam! Why did you take money for a month??!!! If you had been warned about this in Odessa, you would have gone on a tour yourself, without tourists! Ashamed! "Cruise" is a ride on an old boat for 1. →

Not for the first time, but, unfortunately, for the last time, the company "Ganezh" was contacted. We went from "Ganezh" for 8 years to various tours in Ukraine. The last tour was called "Paradise Delight", the manager of the tour operator - Elena Sichko. If sooooo short were not satisfied and without money on the trip! After talking with other vacationers after the tour, we can draw the following conclusions: the tour was poorly organized, many were not satisfied with the fact that we had to spend so many hours a day in the cold, on some days without heating options. →

We want to thank the Ganezh agency and Marina for a dream come true :) Thanks to you, we were in a fairy tale, despite the fact that for a long time we could not decide on the exact date (due to work) You adjusted to us and did everything possible to go to a meeting and make our trip to the Maldives. Once again, we are very grateful to you, everything was fine, now we are with you for a long time;). →
